PVD coating

PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is a technology in which a start-up material is transformed into vapor, which, after depositing on the product surface, forms an ultra-strong coating resistant to scratches, tarnish and corrosion.

The materials for deposition are discs from titanium, copper, nickel, tungsten, molybdenum and other metals and their alloys. Titanium is used for coating Florentina mixers.

The chief merit of the PVD technology is the ability to modify the product surface properties without compromising the properties and biochemical capabilities of the main material. PVD coating sits very tightly and smoothly on the substrate. PVD technology is successfully used in production of racing cars and in space industry.
